Main advantages:
- Two functions in one device for a more comfortable home environment
Instead of using a separate dehumidifier and purifier, the Philips Series 5000 DE5305/11 combines both functions in one device. It helps reduce excessive humidity, condensation, mold growth and unpleasant odors while filtering pollutants in the air.
When the humidity is already optimal, you can use purification only mode to continue filtering the air from fine particles and allergens.
- Powerful dehumidification up to 26.5 liters per day
The high dehumidification capacity of up to 26.5 l/day makes the device suitable for rooms up to 137 m³. It helps control excess moisture in your home, which can cause condensation, unpleasant odors and mold.
The large 4-liter tank allows for continuous operation without having to empty it too often.
- Double-layer filtration with HEPA NanoProtect for effective purification
The filtration system with pre-filter and HEPA NanoProtect captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.003 microns from the air passing through the filter. With a CADR of 270 m³/h, the unit provides powerful air circulation and filtration.
This makes it a practical choice for families who want to limit the presence of fine smog particles and allergens such as pollen, dust mites and mold spores in the air at home.
- AeraSense technology monitors the air 1000 times per second
The intelligent AeraSense sensor scans the air 1000 times per second to monitor changes in air quality. Information on PM2.5 and allergen levels is displayed digitally and via an intuitive color indicator.
This means you don't have to rely on your gut feeling to judge the air quality. The device provides you with clear information and can intelligently adapt its operation to the conditions in the room.
- 5 humidity levels to suit your preferences
With manual control, you can choose between 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 80% relative humidity. This gives you more control depending on the season, the room and your individual preferences.
For maximum convenience, automatic mode maintains humidity at a comfortable level of 60%, reducing the need to constantly change settings.
- Special mode for faster drying of laundry
Humid weather and drying clothes indoors can significantly increase the humidity in your home. The special laundry drying mode speeds up the natural drying of clothes while helping to extract the moisture released into the air.
The Auto Swing function helps distribute the dry airflow evenly to the laundry. This is especially convenient for family life during the cold and humid months.
- Automatic and manual modes for personalized comfort
The Philips Series 5000 DE5305/11 lets you choose the mode to suit your specific situation. Use Auto mode for everyday comfort, Continuous Dry for continuous dehumidification, Laundry mode for drying clothes, or Auto Swing for more even airflow distribution.
- Up to 24 months filter life
The original HEPA NanoProtect filter is designed to last up to 24 months. The device monitors its condition and notifies you when it's time to replace it, making maintenance easier and helping to maintain purification efficiency.
- Low noise level for more home comfort
The sound level starts at just 22 dB(A) and goes up to 54 dB(A) depending on the selected setting. This allows you to adapt the operation of the appliance to the daily rhythm at home.
- 18 advanced features for peace of mind
Philips also places emphasis on safe and reliable everyday use. Among the 18 advanced features are child lock, automatic shut-off and full water tank warning.
- Powerful performance with environmental care
The Philips Series 5000 DE5305/11 uses an energy-efficient compressor and R290 refrigerant (6). This allows for the combination of effective moisture removal and a more responsible approach to the environment.
